That isn't a formality. Each one points at a different part of our process, and I would rather find the cause than send you a polite answer. For context: these are 100% cotton, cut and sewn in our own factory, and the print is dyed into the fabric rather than pressed on top, which is what keeps it from cracking or peeling. That is where the price sits. If what arrived in your parcel doesn't feel like that, something went wrong on our side and I want to see it - a photo in daylight would help. Either way, you are not stuck with it. I can refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you would rather have.
