Data Deletion Instructions

Effective Date: 2026-05-05 · Last Updated: 2026-05-05

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data that allover.art holds about you. It applies to both general account data and data collected via our Meta Platforms integration ("Allover.art Insights" Meta App, App ID 739416749165633).

1. Your right to deletion

You have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you. This right applies regardless of where you live, with specific protections under:

  • GDPR Article 17 ("right to erasure") — for Customers in the EU and UK.
  • CCPA Section 1798.105 ("right to delete") — for Customers in California, USA.
  • Russian Federal Law 152-FZ Article 14 — for Customers in Russia.
  • Personal Data Law of Uzbekistan — for Customers in Uzbekistan.

2. What data we delete on request

Upon a valid deletion request we will delete or anonymize:

  • Account profile (name, email, phone, password hash, shipping addresses).
  • Order history (we anonymize but retain transactional records — see Section 5 for exceptions).
  • Marketing subscriptions and preferences.
  • Customer support correspondence linked to your account.
  • Cookie identifiers, browser fingerprints, and behavioural analytics linked to your account.
  • Data fetched via the "Allover.art Insights" Meta App — though as noted in our Privacy Policy, this data only relates to allover.art's own social-media accounts, not to individual visitors.

3. How to request deletion

3.1. Method A — email (recommended)

Send an email to datadeletions@allover.art with the following:

  • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
  • From: the email address associated with your allover.art account
  • Body:
    • Your full name on the account.
    • Order numbers (if you remember any) — to help us locate the data.
    • A clear statement: "I request deletion of my personal data from allover.art."

3.2. Method B — account dashboard

If you have an active account:

  1. Log in at allover.art/personal/.
  2. Go to Account Settings → Privacy.
  3. Click "Request Account Deletion."
  4. Confirm via the email link sent to your registered address.

3.3. Method C — Meta app data deletion

If you connected via Meta and want to remove data fetched via the "Allover.art Insights" Meta App specifically:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
  2. Find "Allover.art Insights" and click "Remove."
  3. Send a confirmation email to datadeletions@allover.art with subject "Meta App Data Deletion."

Note: as explained in our Privacy Policy, the Meta App reads analytics from accounts that allover.art owns (e.g., @allover.art, @we.allover.art) — not from individual visitors' personal Meta accounts. If you have never authorized data sharing with us via Meta, no deletion is required from this source.

4. What happens after we receive your request

  1. Verification (within 5 business days): we confirm the request comes from the account owner. This may involve a confirmation email or, in cases of doubt, a verification question about your account.
  2. Processing (within 30 calendar days): we delete or anonymize the personal data.
  3. Confirmation (within 30 calendar days): we email you a confirmation that the deletion has been completed, listing the data categories deleted.

Maximum response time under GDPR: 30 calendar days, extendable by 60 more days for complex requests (with notice).

5. Exceptions — data we may need to retain

Some data must be retained even after a deletion request, to comply with legal obligations:

  • Transaction records (order amount, currency, transaction ID, country) — retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Personal identifiers (name, email) are anonymized — only the financial trace remains.
  • Chargeback and dispute records — retained until the dispute window with the acquiring bank closes (typically 540 days from the transaction).
  • Fraud-prevention data — limited identifiers may be retained on an internal blocklist if the account was associated with confirmed fraud.
  • Legal holds — if data is subject to ongoing legal proceedings, court order, or regulatory inquiry.

We will inform you in our deletion confirmation if any data was retained under these exceptions.

6. Effect of deletion

After deletion:

  • You will lose access to your account.
  • We will no longer send you marketing emails.
  • You will need to create a new account to place future orders.
  • Past order history (anonymized in aggregate financial records) cannot be restored.

7. Withdrawal of a deletion request

You can withdraw a deletion request before processing is complete (within the 30-day verification window) by emailing datadeletions@allover.art with subject "Withdraw Deletion Request." Once deletion is processed, the data is gone — withdrawal is no longer possible.

8. Free of charge / cost

One deletion request per 12-month period is processed free of charge. For repeated or manifestly excessive requests, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse the request, with explanation.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have not handled your deletion request correctly, you can:

  • Email privacy@allover.art for an internal review.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. For UK Customers — Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); for EU Customers — your national DPA.
