Questions

What are the shirts made of?

Single jersey of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. It feels and breathes like a pure cotton tee — cotton is what touches your skin — while the touch of elastane lets it stretch, spring back and keep its shape wash after wash, so it doesn't bag out at the collar or sag at the hem the way 100% cotton can. We use reactive printing: the dye chemically bonds with the cotton fiber, so colors stay vivid through hundreds of washes — unlike sublimation, which only works on synthetics.

How long does production and delivery take?

Every item is made on demand especially for you — production takes 2–7 days. Worldwide shipping is flat $10 — free on orders over $60; delivery takes 10–20 days to the US and Canada, and the exact arrival window for your country is shown on the product page and at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

How do I pick the right size?

Product pages have a size guide with body and garment measurements in centimeters and inches (a newly launched style may get its guide a little later — ask us in the chat). Our labels follow European patterns and run one size larger than US labels from L up, so the guide shows the matching US size for each one — pick by that, not by the letter you usually wear. Adult sizes start at 3XS; the largest size depends on the style (2XL to 6XL). Kids sizes go by height and age.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — see our Returns and Refunds policy. Since every piece is printed on demand, we ask you to check the size guide carefully; for defects or printing issues we replace or refund.

Thank you for separating it out like that. "The seams look straight, but it sits crooked" is a far more useful sentence than "bad quality", and it points at something specific. When a cotton jersey tee hangs twisted while the seams themselves are straight, it is usually the fabric rather than the sewing. Knitted cotton has a natural twist in it, and if the fabric isn't relaxed properly before it is cut, the side seam slowly spirals around the body. That is a cutting-room problem, and it is ours, not something your child is doing wrong. Could you tell me the size, and send a photo of it on them if you don't mind? I need to know whether this is one garment or a whole run, and that is the fastest way to find out. As for the price - I am not going to argue about it with you while you are holding a shirt that hangs crooked. Let us fix the shirt first. Full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. And thank you for the good half of the review; bright and good quality is what we are aiming for, so the cut has to match it.

I'm sorry. You wanted to give a colleague something good and it let you down - that is the worst way for a shirt to fail. Your refund has already gone through, so there is nothing left for you to do. I won't try to talk you round, and I won't pretend the construction was fine. Thank you for saying it plainly. It goes to the people who sew, not into a folder.

Thank you - and you have put your finger on something real, so let me explain it rather than apologise vaguely. The design is scaled to the panel it is printed on. A XXL front panel is a great deal larger than the size we use to render the product photo, so the same artwork comes out physically bigger on your shirt: same design, magnified. On a small size it looks like the photo; the further you go up the size range, the further it drifts from it. We show one image for every size, and that is the mistake - it should show the scale you will actually receive. On the fit: thank you for the measurement, that is genuinely useful. If a XXL sits like your usual 56, then our chart and our garment do not agree, and I would like to check that particular item against the pattern. Could you tell me which product it was? I am glad it fits, and you are welcome to keep it. But if the print scale bothers you enough, a refund or an exchange is still open - just say so.
