We cut and sew in our own factory, so there is nobody else to point at: a straight seam on a simple tee is the easy part, and if it came out messy, someone let it through. Your photos are going to the sewing floor, not as a general note but as this shirt. If you send me your order number I can trace which day and which line it came off, and that is the difference between a reminder and an actual fix. I would also like to replace it - same design, same size, no charge, and keep the first one. I don't want you wearing a shirt whose seams you have to apologise for. And thank you for the rest of it.
