Thank you - this is the useful kind of message, and you are right. The stitching is entirely on us. We cut and sew in our own factory, so there is nobody else to point at: a straight seam on a simple tee is the easy part, and if it came out messy, someone let it through. Your photos are going to the sewing floor, not as a general note but as this shirt. If you send me your order number I can trace which day and which line it came off, and that is the difference between a reminder and an actual fix. I would also like to replace it - same design, same size, no charge, and keep the first one. I don't want you wearing a shirt whose seams you have to apologise for. And thank you for the rest of it. Colour, fabric and fit are the parts we work hardest on, so it is good to know those landed.
