Thank you for saying it. That is fair criticism, and not something we have solved well enough. Two things are probably at work. All-over prints go onto the fabric before the garment is cut, so a design that sits nicely on a small size does not land in the same place on a large one - the motif moves and stretches with the body. And our patterns are drafted fairly straight, which suits some shapes more than others. Could you tell me which item and which size you have? I would like to know whether it is the print placement or the cut itself, because those need different fixes and only one of them is quick. If it is useful, I can also point you at designs that hold up better on larger sizes - smaller repeating patterns rather than one big centred motif, since it is the single large motif that distorts most. And if the shirt is not wearable for you, a refund or an exchange is yours for the asking.
