Thank you for telling us, and I'm sorry - especially because your daughter picked this one out herself. On the wait: we print and sew every order ourselves in Uzbekistan, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked. That is what makes the designs possible, and it is also why an international order takes around two weeks to reach you. That should be obvious before you order, not a surprise after, and that one is on us. On the colour, I won't argue with you. Our product images are digital renders of the print, and a render on a bright screen is not the same thing as dyed cotton in daylight. If it came out louder than the muted Tiffany blue you were expecting, then the image did not do its job. So let's put it right. I can refund you in full, or send a different design of your choice at no charge - whichever you prefer, and you don't have to send anything back to us to get it. One favour, if you don't mind: a quick photo of the shirt in daylight. If the fabric came out different from the file we printed, that is a production problem we need to catch, and your photo would be the fastest way for us to see it.
