You are right to be annoyed, and the fault is in our picture rather than in your expectations. Our product images are renders: the design is wrapped over a 3D shape, so the print flows across every seam without a break. The real garment is cut from printed fabric in separate panels and then sewn, and the sleeve is its own panel - so where the sleeve meets the body, the print does not continue the way the render shows it. On some designs you would never notice. On yours you clearly do. That is ours to fix in how we show the product, not something you should have had to guess at. Please send me your order number and, if you can, a photo of the shoulder. I want to know whether the sleeve was cut from a genuinely bad spot, which is a decision we can make better, or whether the render simply promised something the process cannot deliver. Both matter, and the second one means we change the images rather than blame the sewing room. In the meantime, a refund or a replacement - whichever suits you.
