What are the shirts made of?

Single jersey of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. It feels and breathes like a pure cotton tee — cotton is what touches your skin — while the touch of elastane lets it stretch, spring back and keep its shape wash after wash, so it doesn't bag out at the collar or sag at the hem the way 100% cotton can. We use reactive printing: the dye chemically bonds with the cotton fiber, so colors stay vivid through hundreds of washes — unlike sublimation, which only works on synthetics.

How long does production and delivery take?

Every item is made on demand especially for you — production takes 2–7 days. Worldwide shipping is flat $10 — free on orders over $60; delivery takes 10–20 days to the US and Canada, and the exact arrival window for your country is shown on the product page and at checkout. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page has a size guide with body and garment measurements in centimeters and inches. Our labels follow European patterns and run one size larger than US labels from L up, so the guide shows the matching US size for each one — pick by that, not by the letter you usually wear. Thank you for telling us, and I'm sorry - especially because your daughter picked this one out herself. On the wait: we print and sew every order ourselves in Uzbekistan, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked. That is what makes the designs possible, and it is also why an international order takes around two weeks to reach you. That should be obvious before you order, not a surprise after, and that one is on us. On the colour, I won't argue with you. Our product images are digital renders of the print, and a render on a bright screen is not the same thing as dyed cotton in daylight. If it came out louder than the muted Tiffany blue you were expecting, then the image did not do its job. So let's put it right. I can refund you in full, or send a different design of your choice at no charge - whichever you prefer, and you don't have to send anything back to us to get it. One favour, if you don't mind: a quick photo of the shirt in daylight. If the fabric came out different from the file we printed, that is a production problem we need to catch, and your photo would be the fastest way for us to see it.
