How payments work
Payment is handled by our payment providers, not by us. Card details are entered on the provider's side — allover.art never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVV. We keep only a masked card number (the first six and last four digits) and the transaction ID.
International orders are processed by Stripe. Orders inside Uzbekistan are processed in soum by Octobank.
What you can pay with
International — Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Amazon Pay. The wallet buttons appear at checkout when your browser or device supports them.
Inside Uzbekistan — Visa, Mastercard, UZCARD and HUMO, charged in soum.
No account is required to buy: guest checkout is the normal path.
Connection
The entire site, including checkout, runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
What we store
Your name, delivery address, email and order details — the minimum needed to produce and ship your order. We never store payment card data. See our Privacy Policy.
If a payment does not go through
Nothing is charged for a failed payment. If you see a pending amount on your card, it is a temporary authorisation hold, which is released by your bank. Write to hello@allover.art with the date and approximate time of the attempt and we will check it with the provider.
