Your print is reactive-dyed into 100% cotton fabric at our own factory, then cut and sewn to order — and shipped worldwide. The dye lives inside the fiber, so it survives 60°C washes without cracking or peeling.
The difference starts in the fibre
Not a print on the fabric. A print that IS the fabric.
Most “graphic tees” are a plastic print glued to a cheap shirt. We build the opposite: clothing where the art and the fabric are one material.
No plastic feel
Reactive dyes bond chemically with the cotton. The colour becomes the thread — soft, breathable, peach-touch. Not a film glued on top.
No cracking, ever
Direct-to-garment (DTG) prints peel. Sublimation fades. Ours doesn't flake or crack after 50 washes — wash it hard, even at 60°C.
No microplastic
One synthetic wash sheds up to 700,000 plastic fibres into the water. Cotton sheds none. Art you can wear with a clear conscience.
Full coverage
Cut-and-sewn construction puts the art edge to edge, sleeve to hem. No empty space, no centred chest sticker.

How does the AI t-shirt maker work?
You give Studio a starting point — a text prompt or an uploaded image — and it generates a full all-over print designed for a real garment: front, back and sleeves, matched across seams. You preview it on the tee instantly and order when you're happy. No design skills needed.
Is the shirt really 100% cotton?
Yes — and that's rare for all-over prints. Standard AOP is sublimation, which only works on polyester. We use reactive printing: the dye bonds with the cotton fiber itself, so you get loud, vivid color on natural fabric with nothing synthetic against your skin.
Can I print my own photo or artwork?
Absolutely. Upload any image you own the rights to — your art, your photo, your pattern — and Studio will build an edge-to-edge print around it.
What is an all-over print?
Most custom tees give you a rectangle on the chest. All-over print covers the entire garment — the fabric is printed flat, edge to edge, then cut and sewn. The shirt is the canvas, all of it.
Will the print fade or crack?
No film, nothing to crack. Reactive dye becomes part of the fiber and survives 60°C washes. Your last printed shirt faded? This one won't.
How much does it cost and is there a minimum?
From $35 per tee, no minimums — one shirt is a perfectly good order. Every piece is made to order at our own factory.
How long until I get it?
